The Municipal Committee Tando Muhammad Khan invites interested and eligible parties to participate in the open auction for the collection rights of various municipal taxes and fees within its jurisdiction for the upcoming fiscal year, starting from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.

The auction will be held under the supervision of the Chairman Municipal Committee on the following date and venue:

• Date of First Auction: 20th June 2025

• Time & Venue: Office of the Municipal Committee, Tando Muhammad Khan

In the event of no successful bids during the initial round, re-auctions will be conducted as follows:

• Second Attempt: 23rd June 2025

• Third Attempt: 24th June 2025

Available Collection Contracts:

Participation Requirements:

Interested bidders must provide the following at the time of auction:

• Bid security equal to 2% of the official bid value, in the form of Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or Pay Order.

• Copy of CNIC

• Valid Income Tax Certificate from the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)

• Affidavit confirming that the participant is not a defaulter of any council, government institution, or organization.

Bidders failing to meet these requirements will not be allowed to participate in the auction. The bid security of unsuccessful participants will be returned immediately after the auction proceedings.

• Full terms and conditions, along with the auction schedule, can be reviewed at the office of the Municipal Committee Tando Muhammad Khan during working hours on any weekday.

• The Chairman reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in accordance with the Sindh Councils (Auctioning of Collection Rights) Rules, 2016.
