Supply of “Others” & Cost of Other Stores Items

The Corporate Tax Office (CTO), Lahore invites electronic bids from experienced and reputable firms for the supply of Others (A03970) & (A03942) Cost of Other Stores Items. Bids will be evaluated on a least-cost basis under the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure according to Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2004.

Eligibility:

• Firms must have valid registration with tax and other relevant authorities.

• Firms must appear on the Active Taxpayers List for Income Tax and Sales Tax issued by FBR.

• Firms must be regular Sales Tax return filers.

Submission Instructions:

1. Bidding documents with detailed specifications, terms, and conditions are available for registered bidders on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and the FBR website (www.fbr.gov.pk).

2. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS. Manual submissions will not be accepted.

3. Deadline for submission is 23-12-2025 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room, Corporate Tax Office, Lahore. All participants must be registered on EPADS.

4. Incomplete, unsigned, late, or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous bid.

Key Terms & Conditions:

• Payments will be made according to the available budget through AGPR, Sub Office, Lahore.

• Supplies must meet the specifications provided in Annex-B and approved by the Purchase Committee.

• Bids must be accompanied by Bank Draft/Pay Order as earnest money/bid security (refundable), in favor of Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, CTO Lahore, submitted in a sealed envelope before the bid opening.

• Bidders may participate in the entire tender or LOT-wise, quoting rates for each item separately.

• Samples of each item must be provided; non-compliant samples may lead to rejection of the financial bid.

• Rates must include all applicable taxes, duties, transportation, and related charges in Pakistani Rupees.

• Quoted rates will remain valid until 30-06-2026.

• Income Tax, Withholding Tax, and Sales Tax (if applicable) will be deducted as per law.

• The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 33(1) of PPRA Rules, 2004.
