Invitation to e-Bid

Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA), through the Resident Engineer (Operation & Maintenance), Golen Gol Hydropower Station (GGHPS), Chitral, invites electronic bids from Original Manufacturers, Authorized Distributors, or Suppliers for the execution of the following work:

Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Integration of Flow Meters with the existing SCADA system for Generating Units 1 to 3 of Golen Gol Hydropower Station, Chitral, on FCS basis.
The contract completion period is 90 days.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue.

The e-bidding documents, including detailed terms and conditions, technical specifications, and other requirements, are available to registered bidders through the government’s electronic procurement system.

Bids must be submitted electronically only through the EPADS system on or before 20 January 2026 at 11:00 hours. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours at the office of the Resident Engineer, WAPDA Koghuzi, Chitral, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
This procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage, Single Envelope procedure.

Each bidder is required to submit an original bid security amounting to PKR 254,000, in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), in favor of:

The bid security must reach the office of the undersigned before the bid submission deadline.
