Hiring of Law Firm
Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (Private) Limited (PIDC), a state-owned enterprise of the Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest from reputable and experienced Law Firms or Individual Legal Practitioners for the provision of legal services.
The selected firm or individual will be required to contest and represent PIDC in tax matters before the Honorable High Court, arising from orders passed by the Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR). The scope of work also includes challenging Section 134A of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, on the grounds of being ultra vires the Constitution and laws of Pakistan.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) document, including detailed Terms of Reference (TORs), is available for download free of cost from the relevant government procurement platforms and PIDC’s official sources.
To address any queries related to this assignment, a pre-bid meeting will be held on 13 January 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the address mentioned below.
Interested firms or individuals are required to submit their proposals electronically through PPRA EPADS under the Single Stage, Single Envelope procedure. Proposals must be submitted on or before 21 January 2026 by 11:00 a.m. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. Late, conditional, or telegraphic submissions will not be considered.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a refundable bid security of Rs. 50,000, in the form of a pay order issued by any scheduled bank in Pakistan, in favor of Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd.
A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal through EPADS, while the original bid security must be submitted to the PIDC office at the address below before the proposal submission deadline.
