The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA), Government of the Punjab, invites encrypted electronic bids from eligible and active tax-paying firms under the Single Stage, Two Envelope – National Competitive Bidding procedure.

Bids are invited from firms that are:

• Registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS)

• Registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments

• Listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL)

The bidding documents, including detailed terms and conditions, procurement method, submission procedure, bid validity, and technical requirements, are available for download free of cost through the official procurement platforms.

Complete and compliant encrypted electronic bids must be submitted online through e-PADS no later than 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, 22 January 2026.
Bids will be opened electronically according to the schedule mentioned above.

Each bidder must submit the original bid security, in favor of Chairperson TEVTA, in the form of a Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Banker’s Cheque, Pay Order, or Demand Draft, for the respective package amount.
The original bid security must be submitted physically at the address below well before the e-bid submission deadline. Only bids submitted through e-PADS will be considered.

Bidders are strongly advised to upload their e-bids well before the closing time and avoid last-minute submissions. The responsibility for successful submission of e-bids rests entirely with the bidder, and TEVTA will not be responsible for any technical or submission-related issues.
