The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids from firms and manufacturers pre-qualified or registered with the Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal Standard & Specification, NTDC Lahore) or WAPDA/PPMC/DISCOS and FBR for the year 2025–26, having valid prototype approval (if applicable) for the supply of the following materials on a free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores (Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Rajjar, and Wah).

Bid Submission & Opening

• Bid Submission Deadline: 22 August 2025, up to 10:30 AM

• Venue: Office of Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO Head Office, G-7/4, Street No. 40, Islamabad

Bids will be opened in the presence of participants or their authorized representatives carrying official authority letters.

Key Terms & Conditions

1. E-bids only: All interested bidders must apply via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) at https://eprocure.gov.pk and upload all mandatory documents as specified.

2. Procedure: Single Stage – One Envelope.

3. Prices: Firm and final, on Free Delivery (FCS) basis, with no foreign exchange involvement.

4. Bid Validity: 90 days.

5. Bid Security: Original bid security in the amount stated above, valid for 120 days, in the form of a Bank Guarantee/CDR issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan (minimum A+ rating), in favor of the Chief Executive Officer, IESCO Islamabad. The security must be submitted before the bid closing time.

6. Quantity: Bids must cover the full quantity for each lot; partial bids will not be accepted.

7. Prototype Approval: Bidders must hold a valid prototype approval (if applicable) at the time of bid opening.

8. Compliance: Material must comply with relevant WAPDA/NTDC Specifications (as amended).

9. Right of Rejection: IESCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.

10. In case of a public holiday or office closure on the scheduled opening date, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
