The National Centre for Physics (NCP), Islamabad invites the public to participate in an open auction of vehicles on an “As it is, Where is it” basis.

Auction Schedule:

• Date of Auction: Monday, 18 August 2025

• Time: 11:00 AM

• Venue: National Centre for Physics, Shahdara Valley Road, Near NIPS, Islamabad

• Inspection of Vehicles: 11–15 August 2025, during office hours (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

1. Toyota Hiace (2007) – Qty: 2

2. Toyota Hiace (2003) – Qty: 1

3. Toyota Hiace (2002) – Qty: 1

4. Toyota Hiace (2006) – Qty: 1

5. Honda Civic VTI (2005) – Qty: 1

6. Toyota Corolla 2.0D (2003) – Qty: 1

Terms & Conditions:

• The auction will be conducted through open bidding.

• All participants must carry their original valid CNIC.

• Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the bid amount in cash on the same day into the NCP account. The remaining 75% must be paid within 7 days. Failure to pay within the timeline will result in cancellation of the bid and forfeiture of the 25% deposit.

• Payments via cheque or bank draft will not be accepted.

• Applicable government taxes will be charged as per FBR rules (10% for filers, 20% for non-filers). Any changes in tax rates will be applicable at the time of payment.

• All transfer fees, registration costs, and related expenses will be borne by the successful bidder.

• The highest bid will be considered final.

• The successful bidder will be responsible for completing all legal and administrative formalities after purchase.

• NCP’s Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without prior notice.
