The National Computer Emergency Response Team (PKCERT) invites electronic bids from reputable firms and companies for the Hiring of Vehicles on Rental Basis for the project “Cyber Security for Digital Pakistan”.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments

• Listed on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL)

• Capable of submitting bids electronically via the PPRA e-PADS system

Bid Submission Details:

• Bid Type: Single Stage – Two Envelope (Technical & Financial Proposals) as per PPRA Rule 36(b)

• Bid Security: Rs. 1,000,000 in favor of Project Director, PKCERT (FTN/NTN: 9012000-7)

• Submission Deadline: Tuesday, 19 August 2025, by 11:00 AM (through e-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk)

• Opening of Bids: Tuesday, 19 August 2025, at 11:30 AM, in the presence of bidders’ representatives

Important Instructions:

• The original bid security must be physically submitted to the undersigned before the closing time of bid submission. Bids without original security will not be opened.

• Bidding documents are available at the nCERT website and on PPRA e-PADS.

• A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 12 August 2025 at 11:30 AM at nCERT, Block L, Pakistan Secretariat, Islamabad.
