The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites e-bids from reputable and financially sound companies/firms that are:

• Registered on PPRA-EPADS

• Registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments

• Listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)

The tender is for:

• Outsourcing the shifting of Single Phase and Three Phase meters outside domestic premises, market plazas, and commercial shops

• Installation, replacement, and adjustment of energy meters in frames within the jurisdiction of PESCO Peshawar and Khyber Operation Circles

• Bid Opening: 25 August 2025, at 11:30 AM

Key Requirements

1. E-bids only: All bids must be submitted via E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) at https://eprocure.gov.pk in accordance with PPRA procedures.

2. Bidding Documents: Available for download on E-PADS for registered bidders. These documents contain complete instructions, terms, and specifications.

3. Bid Security:

   • Must be submitted as an original CDR issued by any scheduled bank in Pakistan

   • Made in favor of CEO, PESCO, Peshawar

   • Must accompany the bid before closing time, otherwise, the bid will be declared non-responsive

4. Incomplete or Conditional Bids: Bids that are partial, conditional, or missing original bid security will be rejected.

5. Right of Rejection: PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in line with PPRA Rule 33(1).
