Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore, invites sealed bids from interested individuals, dealers, companies, or parties for the sale of the following vehicles.

Vehicles for Auction:

1. Suzuki Bolan Van (1988) – Registration No. LEI-5217 – Starting Bid: Rs. 91,500

2. Mazda Coaster (1989) – Registration No. LEI-17-4459 – Starting Bid: Rs. 1,051,000

Eligibility:

• Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax department.

• Bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency or authority.

Tender Documents:

• Detailed terms and conditions are available in the tender documents.

• Tender documents can be obtained from the Purchase Office during working hours (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM) upon payment of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) via CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore.

Earnest Money:

• Bidders must submit a refundable earnest money deposit of Rs. 285,625 (combined) via Bank Guarantee or CDR in favor of Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore.

• Conditional bids or bids without the required earnest money will not be considered.

Bid Submission & Opening:

• Last date for submission: 20th August 2025 by 11:00 AM.

• Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives in the BOG Meeting Room, Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore.

Inspection of Vehicles:

• Vehicles can be inspected during working hours through the Administrator Verifier / Procurement Cell of the College.

Additional Information:

• The Auction Committee reserves the right to cancel any or all bids without prior notice or to opt for open bidding.

• Successful bidders will be responsible for all applicable taxes, labor, transport, and related costs.

• Vehicles will be sold on an “As is, Where is” basis.

• Successful bidders must remove the vehicles within 7 days after full payment of the bid amount.
