The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan invites sealed tenders from reputable firms and contractors for the Annual Supply of Electric, Plumbing, and Carpentry Store Items at HEC premises in H-8 and H-9, Islamabad, for the year 2025–2026.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the supply of similar items

• Registration with Income Tax & GST departments

• Active status on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL)

• Representative office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi

• Tender Document Fee: Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable), payable via HEC Account No. 17427900133401 at HBL, SRC Branch, Sector H-9, Islamabad (online or in person). Proof of payment must accompany the bid.

• Bid Security/Earnest Money: Rs. 125,000/- in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Director General (Finance), HEC.

• Bid Submission Deadline: Tuesday, 26 August 2025, by 01:30 PM (Engineering Section, HEC, H-9 Islamabad)

• Bid Opening: Tuesday, 26 August 2025, at 02:00 PM (Auditorium Block, HEC, H-9 Islamabad)

• Contract Period: As per work orders issued during the contract year

Submission Requirements:

• Bids must be submitted both physically in sealed envelopes and electronically through the PPRA-EPADS system before the submission deadline.

• Bids without proof of tender fee payment and original earnest money will not be accepted.

• Incomplete or late bids (in either physical or electronic form) will be rejected.

• If the submission/opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.

Inspection & Opening:

• Bids will be opened at the specified date, time, and venue in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.

HEC Rights:

• HEC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
