Tender Notice # 014/25

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC), Pakistan's leading integrated gas company, invites sealed quotations for various items required for its operations in the Sindh and Balochistan franchise areas. These tenders are invited for the procurement of goods and services, with both local and foreign currency bids accepted, depending on the type of item and the supplier.

Tender Requirements:

1. Air-Conditioners (Split Type):

   • 18,000 BTU, 220/240 VAC, 50HZ, Single Phase (Qty: 07 Nos.)

   • 24,000 BTU, 230VAC, 50HZ, Single Phase (Qty: 02 Nos.)

   • Explosion Proof, Wall Mounted, 220/240 VAC, 50 HZ, 5-7 AMPS, 1100-1150W (Qty: 02 Nos.)

   • 1.5 Ton, DC Inverter, 5300-5700 W, 220/240 VAC, 50 HZ, 3-10 AMPS (Qty: 01 No.)

2. LP/ Vacuum Pump for Calibration Ramps:

   • 0.75 KW, 400 VAC, 3-Phase, 27 Meter Cube/HR, 2.1-2.4 AMP, 61-65 dB(A) (Qty: 08 Nos.)

   • The pump must be enclosed within the canopy.

3. LP/ Spares for Guascor Gas Generator:

   • Head Repair Kit, P.No. 1977450 (Qty: 32 Nos.)

   • Only authorized dealers of Gen Set or Gen Set Spares are eligible to bid.

4. LP/EPADS/ Different Types of Hardware Material:

   • Including Kerosene Oil, Anchor Bolt, Synthetic Paint Enamel, Klingerite Sheet, Reinforcement Steel, and more (Qty: 5069.6 T/Item)

5. LP/EPADS/ Batteries:

   • 12V, 13 Plates, 75-85 AH (Fresh Stock, Not More Than 3 Months Old) (Qty: 200 Nos.)

   • 12V, 3 Plates, 2.5AH for Motorcycle (Qty: 50 Nos.)

6. Design, Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Solar System at CFC Malir & CFC Nazimabad:

   • Two complete packages.

7. Pre-Fabricated Meter Installation Assembly – Brass:

   • 1/2" Meter Coupling Swivel & Nut Assembly, with Rubber Washer (Qty: 100,000 Nos.)

8. Consultancy Services for ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Implementation:

   • For Information Security Management System (ISMS) on the "Least Cost Method."

9. Hiring of Rental Premises for Sub Zonal Office, Naseerabad:

   • Area: 2000 to 4500 Sq. Ft. with sufficient parking space.

10. Civil Work for Construction of Medical Center, Prayer Hall, and Canteen at RO Nawabshah:

    • PEC Certificate Required: C-5 or above.

11. Ditching/Backfilling Works and Excavation for Gas Pipeline in District Dadu:

    • Valid PEC Certificate: C-6 or above with specialization in CE-08.

Submission and Opening of Bids:

• Bid Submission Date/Time:

  • Bids must be submitted by 15th May 2025 at 10:00 AM for most items. Specific submission times for each item are detailed in the tender document.

• Bid Opening Date/Time:

  • Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM, 30 minutes after the submission deadline.

Tender Conditions:

1. Tender Documents:

   • Can be obtained from the Tender Room, Ground Floor, CRD Building, Head Office Complex, Sir Shah Suleman Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, on payment of Rs. 3,000/- through Pay Order, Demand Draft, or SSGC’s Cash Receipt. Documents are available for viewing on the SSGC website, but participation requires purchase of the tender documents.

2. Required Documentation:

   • Bidders must submit a request letter along with copies of valid GST, NTN, and SST registration certificates, and an undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper.

   • All relevant certificates, including dealership certificates (where applicable), must be attached with the bid.

3. Submission Requirements:

   • Bids must be submitted as per the specified deadlines and will not be accepted after the submission time.

   • Bidders are advised to provide accurate contact details for effective communication.

4. E-Pak Procurement:

   • All bidders are encouraged to register in the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), as per SRO296(1)/2023.

5. Bid Evaluation:

   • Quoted prices should include all taxes except GST, which must be stated separately.

6. Right to Reject:

   • SSGC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and cancel the bidding process before bid acceptance.
