Sukkur IBA University invites bids electronically through the Electronic Procurement and Bidding System (EPADS) for the procurement of various items as listed below. The tender will follow a single-stage two-envelope procedure for items listed at S.No. 1, and a single-stage one-envelope procedure for items listed from S.No. 2 to 12. Only electronic bids will be considered, and manual bids will not be entertained. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.

• Bid Submission End Date: 24-05-2025, 1:00 PM

• Bid Opening Date: 14-05-2025, 3:30 PM

Bid Security:
A bid security of 2% of the total quoted cost must be submitted with the proposal. The bid security should be in the form of a pay order favoring "Sukkur IBA University."

• Bidding documents containing the detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded from the following websites and must be submitted electronically through EPADS:

• Bidders are required to submit their best and final prices, as negotiations will not be allowed.

• The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids before the acceptance of a bid, as per the Sindh Public Procurement Rules (SPPR) 2010, as amended to date.
