Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids in accordance with PPRA Rule No. 36(b) from bidders registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, holding valid NTN & GST registration, and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, for the following procurement:

Procurement Details:

• Description: Procurement of Tyres for Barracuda L-07-B under Repair in GED (South)

• Bid No: I.T.NO.HQPAA/1984/294/XXLA

• Fixed Bid Security: PKR 79,950/-

• Bid Submission Deadline: 15th May 2025, by 11:00 AM

• Bid Opening Date/Time: 15th May 2025, at 11:30 AM

Bid Submission Instructions:

Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through the PPRA EPADS web portal, where the bidding documents are available free of cost. Bidders must be registered with PPRA (Federal) to access the documents and other relevant information.

Bids must be submitted electronically before the closing date and time, and a hard copy must also be submitted in a sealed envelope, containing the required information as specified in the bidding documents. Late submissions will not be considered.

The sealed bids will be opened on the same day at the stated time and place. For any technical assistance related to EPADS, bidders can contact Mr. Rizwan Mehmood, Director MIS PPRA, at Room No. 109, 1st Floor FBC Building, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad. Contact Number: 051-111-137-237.

Important Notes:

• All prospective bidders must inform PAA prior to the bid opening date/time and submit proof of registration on the Active Taxpayer List (100% compliance), along with their GST/NTN certificates from FBR.

• The original bid security must be attached with the technical proposal in the hard copy (sealed envelope). A copy of the bid security (pay order/bank guarantee) must also be submitted through EPADS online submission before the specified date and time.

• The contract performance period will be until the satisfactory completion of the contract and the warranty period.

PAA’s Rights:

PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for valid reasons, which will be communicated to bidders upon request.

Warning:

Any financial instrument submitted by a bidder that is found to be fake or dishonored at any stage will result in blacklisting and legal action as per the law.
