NOTICE INVITING TENDER (EPADS)

Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Abbottabad invites sealed tenders under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through EPADS from eligible contractors/firms. Contractors must be freshly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), enlisted with the Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and registered with KPPRA for the current financial year.

Important Terms and Conditions:

1. Availability of Tender Documents:

   • Bidding documents along with the tender form can be downloaded from the official EPADS portal after the publishing of the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT).

   • Contractors must fill the tender forms neatly and upload clear scanned copies during electronic submission.

2. Submission Requirements:

   • Original tender form, bid securities (2% of the estimated cost), additional CDR (if applicable), and detailed rate analysis (if applicable) must be delivered through courier to the office of the Tehsil Officer (Infrastructure), TMA Abbottabad before the closing time.
