National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC), a corporate entity formed after the restructuring of WAPDA, invites sealed bids on an item rate basis from eligible firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). The bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure for the following civil work:

Work Description:
Special Repair of Residential Building (B-1) Bungalow at 220KV Grid Station, University Colony, Barakahu, Islamabad.

Earnest Money (CDR Amount):
Rs. 167,000/-

  Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available for purchase until 13th May 2025 during working hours from the following address:

• Price of Bidding Documents:
  Rs. 4,000/- (non-refundable), payable in cash.
  Earnest money must be submitted in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order from any scheduled bank of Pakistan, made in favor of XEN Civil GSO NTDC Islamabad.
  Documents can be collected in person or sent via courier for an additional fee of Rs. 2,000/- for domestic delivery. NTDC will not be responsible for any loss or late delivery through courier services.

• Submission and Opening of Bids:
  Bids prepared according to the instructions in the bidding documents must be submitted to the above address on or before 14th May 2025 by 11:00 AM (PST).
  Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM (PST).

• Important Note:
  NTDC reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Clause 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
