District Health Officer, Umerkot, invites electronic bids from registered Suppliers, Firms, Manufacturers, Importers, and Authorized Distributors listed on the Active Taxpayer Lists of FBR or SRB (as applicable), for the supply of Medical Equipment, Machinery, Instruments, and Furniture/Fixtures. This procurement is under ADP Scheme No. 1228 for the 10-Bedded Hospital in Village New Chhore, Taluka & District Umerkot, Sindh, for the financial years 2024–2025 and 2025–2026.
The process will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure under Rule 46(2) of SPP Rules.

Important Details:

  • Bidding Documents: Complete bidding documents, including terms and conditions, are available online and can be viewed or downloaded from the Sindh Government's E-Procurement Portal.

  • Bid Submission:

    • Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).

    • Manual submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

    • Interested bidders must register on the EPADS portal prior to bid submission.

  • Submission Deadline:

    • Electronic bids must be submitted by 16 May 2025 at 09:30 AM.

    • The original tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- and bid security equal to 2% of the bid price must be delivered physically to the procuring agency before the bid submission deadline.

  • Bid Opening:

    • Bids will be opened on the same day, 16 May 2025 at 10:30 AM, at Fatima Engineer Auditorium, Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU), Karachi, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Additional Information:

  • In case a public holiday is declared or any unforeseen situation occurs, the bid opening will be postponed to the next working day, at the same venue and time.

  • The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the SPP Rules 2010.
