Tender Notice

Project: Renting Out of Rooftops of House-Type Godowns for Installation of Solar Power Panels at TCP’s Pipri Godown

Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (TCP), Karachi - a state-owned commercial organization operating under the administrative control of the Ministry of Commerce — invites sealed bids under the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) on a lump sum rate basis.

This tender is open to qualified consultancy firms possessing the required technical, financial, and managerial expertise, and registered with Income Tax authorities (active taxpayers and non-defaulters with the Federal Board of Revenue and relevant provincial tax departments).

Eligibility Criteria

• Firms must not be blacklisted by any government or semi-government organization.

• Possession of a valid and active Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license and a valid electrical license (EE11 mandatory) is required.

• Firms must be registered and active on the EPADS system.

Bidding Procedure

1. Bidding Documents containing all necessary terms and conditions can be downloaded free of cost from the EPADS portal, the TCP website, or the PPRA website.

2. Bid Security:

   • A refundable bid security of 5% of the total bid amount must be attached in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order drawn in favor of Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited.

   • A scanned copy must be uploaded on EPADS, and the original (sealed and marked) must be physically submitted to the TCP Head Office before the bid closing time.

3. Bids must be prepared according to the instructions in the tender documents, and all processes will be conducted through EPADS.

4. Interested firms must register on EPADS before the submission deadline at eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration.

Submission and Opening of Bids

• Last Date for Submission: Monday, 24th November 2025, by 11:00 a.m.

• Bid Opening: Same day, 24th November 2025, at 11:30 a.m., in the Board Room of TCP, 4th Floor, Block-B, FTC Building, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.

• Representatives of bidding firms are welcome to attend the opening session.

• TCP reserves the right, under PPRA Rule 33, to reject any or all bids at any stage prior to acceptance without assigning any reason.

• Submission of fake, forged, or invalid documents will result in blacklisting and legal action under relevant laws.
