PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE
The Municipal Committee Pindigheb intends to lease out its shops, kiosks, toll collection points, and various buildings owned by the Committee through an open public auction.
The auctions will be held in the Conference Room of the Municipal Committee Pindigheb as per the following schedule. Interested individuals and organizations are invited to participate.

Terms and Conditions

Interested participants must deposit the required earnest money (Zar-e-Bayana) in cash or as a Call Deposit in favor of Municipal Committee Pindigheb, along with a copy of their CNIC, before the start of the auction.

Participants who do not win the auction will have their earnest money refunded immediately after the auction.

For the successful bidder, the earnest money will be retained as a security deposit by the Municipal Committee Pindigheb until completion of the lease agreement.

The Municipal Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
