Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM), an ISO 9001:2015 certified public sector organization, invites e-bids under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure from FBR Income Tax and Sales Tax active Firms, Distributors, Manufacturers, Companies, and General Order Suppliers for the procurement of School Uniforms, School Shoes, Notebooks, and Stationery (Reading & Writing Materials) for 38 Schools for the Rehabilitation of Child Labour (SRCL) operating under PBM across various districts of Sindh.

Instructions for Bidders

1. Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) containing detailed terms, specifications, and conditions are available on the PBM website and the PPRA EPADS portal.

2. E-bids must be prepared according to PPRA rules and SBD instructions and submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk no later than 2nd December 2025 at 11:00 AM.

3. The earnest money (refundable and interest-free), in the form of CDR or Pay Order, must be submitted in favor of the Director, PBM Provincial Office Sindh as per the amount listed above.

4. Technical bids will be opened on 2nd December 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Provincial Office Sindh, Karachi, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives (who must bring samples).

5. The date for opening financial bids will be communicated later to technically qualified bidders only.

6. Successful bidders will be required to supply the approved goods at the approved rates for the financial year 2025–2026 to designated PBM locations, following inspection and approval by the evaluation committee.

7. PBM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any stage, as permitted under PPRA rules, without assigning any reason.
