Procurement of Stationery and Miscellaneous Items for NAB HQ Islamabad

1. Overview

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Government of Pakistan, invites bids from reputable firms and vendors based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi for the purchase of stationery and miscellaneous items for the Financial Year 2025-2026, in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004.

• Bidding Mode: All bids must be submitted online through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).

• Important: Hard copies of bids will NOT be accepted.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Interested firms must meet the following requirements:

• Must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.

• Must clearly provide Vendor Number and GST Number.

• Must have business centers, shops, or stock locations in accessible areas of Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

3. Tender Documents & Item List

• The detailed tender documents and list of required items are available on PPRA and NAB official websites.

4. Bid Security

• Each bid must include a refundable call deposit of PKR 200,000 in favor of HQ NAB Islamabad.

• This amount will be retained during the warranty period of the Financial Year 2025-2026.

• The original Pay Order must reach the undersigned no later than 15th September 2025, 11:00 AM.

5. Sample Submission

• Firms are required to submit samples of each item for review by the Purchase Committee.

• Substandard items will not be accepted, and in case of any complaint:

  • The call deposit will be forfeited.

  • The firm will be blacklisted.

6. Supply Responsibility

• Selected firms will be responsible for the supply of all approved items to NAB HQ Islamabad throughout the Financial Year 2025-2026 at the tendered prices and approved sample standards.

• Failure to comply will result in action under PPRA Rules.

7. Submission & Opening of Bids

• Online Submission Deadline: 15th September 2025, 11:00 AM

• Opening of Bids: Same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS, in the presence of vendors or their representatives.

8. Important Note

• NAB reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per Rule 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
