1. Overview

The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers for the procurement of 200 Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) for NBP’s Conventional and Islamic Banking Branches.

Eligible bidders must:

• Be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.

• Be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

• Have a registered office in Pakistan.

2. Availability of Bidding Documents

• E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available for registered bidders on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk

3. Submission & Opening of Bids

• Bid Submission Deadline: Thursday, 25th September 2025 at 03:00 PM

• Bid Opening: Same day at 03:30 PM

• Mode of Submission: Electronic bids only through E-PADS. Manual bids will NOT be accepted.

4. Important Notes

1. Original Bid Security Instrument must be submitted to the undersigned before the online submission deadline.

2. The notification of GRC constitution as per Rule 48 of PPRA Rules, 2004 is available on E-PADS and NBP’s official website.
