Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites e-bids from eligible Manufacturers, Suppliers, and Distributors for the supply of various materials under National Competitive Bidding (NCB), as per PPRA rules. Interested bidders must be registered with PPRA E-PADS and relevant authorities such as PPMC/NTDC/DISCO and FBR.

• MM-14: 25 KVA Distribution Transformers – 220 Nos

• MM-15: H.T Steel Structure 34'-8" – 3,912 Nos

• MM-16: H.T Steel Structure 45' – 1,596 Nos

• MM-17: HT/LT Type CT PT 3-Phase AMR Meter – 2,000 Nos

• MM-18 to MM-21: PVC Cables (various sizes) – Multiple KM

• MM-22: ACSR Osprey Conductor – 251 KM

• MM-23: AAC WASP Conductor – 401 KM

• MM-24: 11 KV Steel Cross Arms with Braces – Multiple LOTs

• MM-25 to MM-30: Various Electrical Components (Cross Arms, Platforms, Cutouts, CTs, Stay Rods, etc.)

• MM-31 to MM-41: Termination Kits, Boxes, Eye Nuts, Anchor Shackles, Connectors, Bolts, Clamps, ABC Cables, Insulation Accessories, etc.

• MM-42: AMR Single Phase Energy Meters – LOT-I to LOT-IV (50,000 Nos each)

Terms & Conditions

1. Quantities mentioned are subject to increase or decrease based on budget availability. PESCO reserves the right to adjust quantities before issuing purchase orders.

2. Only e-bids will be accepted through E-PADS portal www.eprocure.gov.pk as per PPRA regulations.

3. Complete bidding documents can be downloaded from the E-PADS portal. Only registered bidders can access and submit bids.

4. Bid Security:

   • Mandatory for each tender in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank of Pakistan.

   • Must be in favor of CEO PESCO, Peshawar and submitted before bid closing time.

   • Failure to provide original bid security will lead to rejection.

5. One hard copy of the filled bidding documents must be submitted when required.

6. Bids will be opened publicly at Room No. 310, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar on the above-mentioned dates and times.

7. Conditional, incomplete bids or bids without required bid security will be rejected.

8. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
