Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited (PTC) invites proposals from interested and qualified parties to provide float seedbed materials for tobacco farming support in various regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab.

Scope of Services

The Company requires the following items and services for its tobacco float seedling program:

• Float trays (Code: 434137)

• Peatmoss (Code: 8951)

These materials will be distributed to support the tobacco farming community across five regions:
Mardan, Swabi, Mansehra, Buner, and selected areas in Punjab.

Who Can Apply

Parties with relevant experience and capacity to supply float trays and peatmoss for agricultural use are invited to participate. Interested suppliers should demonstrate their capabilities through a formal Letter of Intent, along with:

• A detailed Company Profile

• Product samples (Float trays and Peatmoss)

All submissions must be delivered to the following location:

Agronomy Department
PTC Factory, Akora Khattak
District Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Important Deadline

The last date to submit the Letter of Intent and product samples is:
August 12, 2025, by 5:00 PM
Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.
