Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is pleased to invite sealed bids from qualified vendors to submit quotations for the sale of obsolete aircraft parts inventory. This includes parts for various aircraft models like the B747-300, B747-200, B737, B707, A300, A310, and Fokker (Consumables, Repairables, LLPs) as well as cabin seats.

The sale is based on the "As is, where is" principle. Interested bidders are welcome to submit offers for one or more lots, but each lot must be bid for separately. The detailed inventory list can be found in Exhibit A of the bidding document, and the bidding form is available in Exhibit B. You may use additional sheets as necessary to submit your bid.

Submission Guidelines:

• Electronic Submission: Bids must be submitted via EPADS (Electronic Procurement System).

• Hard Copies: In addition to electronic submission, bidders must submit hard copies of their bids along with the original bid security instrument to the address below before the specified deadline.
