Municipal Committee Kot Momin, District Sargodha, invites bids through a public auction for the following annual income contracts for the financial year 2025–26.
The auction will be held on May 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Rehmat-ul-Alameen Hall, Municipal Committee Kot Momin.

Interested individuals and firms are encouraged to participate and take advantage of this opportunity.

Key Terms and Conditions:

• Interested bidders must deposit the earnest money (CDR) in the name of Municipal Committee Kot Momin before participating in the auction.

  • The earnest money amount is listed against each contract below.

  • Earnest money will be returned immediately after the auction to unsuccessful bidders.

  • For successful bidders, the earnest money will be adjusted against the contract amount.

• Every bidder must present a copy of their National Identity Card (NIC).

• Only contractors registered with the District Government for the year 2025–26 are eligible to participate. They must provide their original registration certificate along with a certified copy.

• The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

  1. Defaulters of Municipal Committee Kot Momin,

  2. Those blacklisted by any local government or public department,

  3. Persons declared bankrupt,

  4. Persons legally ineligible to enter into contracts.

• Successful bidders must provide a guarantor before taking charge of revenue collection, in accordance with the Collection Rights Rules 2016.

• Contractors must use official government-issued receipt books (purchased by the Municipal Committee) for collections. The cost of these receipt books will be borne by the contractor.

• The contractor will not be entitled to any waiver or concession due to natural disasters, war, flood, strikes, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

• 40% of the security deposit will be refunded after the satisfactory completion of the contract period.

• In addition to the bid amount, contractors must also pay applicable Income Tax, Professional Tax, and Sales Tax as per Government of Punjab regulations.

• Monthly installment payments must be made before the 5th of each month without delay.

• Other terms and conditions will be read aloud and shared at the time of auction.

The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
