District Council Vehari invites bids through an open public auction for the collection rights of the following income contracts for the financial year 2025–26.

Interested firms are requested to attend the auction on the scheduled date at 11:00 AM at the District Council office, Vehari. Key conditions are as follows:

• Bidders must present a copy of their valid National Identity Card before participating.

• In the case of companies, submission of partnership deeds and company documents is mandatory.

• Earnest money (cash or call deposit) from a scheduled bank must be deposited with the District Council prior to the auction.

• Only bidders registered under Rule 17 of the Punjab Local Government Auction Rights Rules 2018 are eligible.

• Firms or individuals who are blacklisted by any government department or declared insolvent are not allowed to participate.

• Successful bidders must provide security as per Rule 27 of the Punjab Local Government Auction Rights Rules 2016.

• After approval, successful bidders must:

  • Deposit 1/10th (10%) of the auctioned amount within three (3) days of approval.

  • Sign the contract agreement with the District Council.

  • Submit a security guarantee before taking possession.

• Final approval rests with the competent authority.

• In addition to the auction payments, successful bidders are responsible for paying all applicable government taxes including Professional Tax as per Government of Punjab regulations.

• All other terms and conditions can be reviewed during office hours from the District Officer (Finance), District Council Vehari.
