Issue Date: 14th April 2025

    Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, under the Punjab Land Records Authority, Government of Punjab, has received financial support from the World Bank. Part of this financing will be used for the procurement of services under the following contract:

Contract Title:

Android-Based Survey for Narowal, Okara, and Sargodha Districts (Lot-wise) – Package-III

Invitation to Bidders:

Sealed bids are invited from eligible and qualified firms to carry out Android-based surveys in the following districts, grouped into three separate lots:

• Lot 1: Narowal District

• Lot 2: Okara District

• Lot 3: Sargodha District

Key Information:

• Procurement Method: National Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – One Envelope)

• Applicable Rules: World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (November 2020)

• Bid Submission Deadline: 28th May 2025 at 11:00 AM

• Bid Opening: Immediately after the deadline, in the presence of bidders’ representatives

• Submission Method: Physical (no electronic bids will be accepted)

• Bid Security: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration for each respective lot

• Late Submissions: Will not be entertained and will be returned unopened

Bidding Documents:

The bidding documents, available in English, can be downloaded from the official PULSE website. Interested bidders can also seek additional information by contacting the Procurement Specialist at the PIU office.

Important Requirement:

As per the World Bank’s procurement regulations, the successful bidder will be required to disclose their beneficial ownership details through the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form, which is part of the bidding documents.
