Invitation to Bid – Via EPADS

    Managing Director of Pakistan Railways Locomotive Factory, Risalpur, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors who are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and are active taxpayers as per the Federal Board of Revenue. Bids are being invited for the supply of the following items under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure, in accordance with Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004:

Important Notes:

1. Submission Process: Only bids submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) will be accepted. Bidders must also place their physical bid security in the designated tender box at the Office of the Assistant Controller of Store, Pakistan Railways Locomotive Factory, Risalpur before the closing time.

2. Bid Format: Bidders are required to upload a complete scanned copy of their bid on EPADS. No hard copies of bids will be entertained other than the bid security.

3. Bidding Documents: All terms and conditions are detailed in the bidding documents, which can be downloaded free of cost from the EPADS portal.

4. Delivery Terms: All tenders are invited on a FOR (Free on Rail) basis.

5. Additional Publication: This tender notice is also available on the official websites of Pakistan Railways and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
