National Skills University (NSU) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced firms for the project titled "Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of On-Grid Solar System at National Skills University Islamabad."

Eligibility Criteria:

Participating firms must meet the following requirements:

• Registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-5 or above, with valid specialization codes EE-04, EE-06, EE-11, and CE-10.

• Valid and updated registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for both Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN) and National Tax Number (NTN).

• Registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

• Registered with the Alternative Energy Development Board (AEDB).

• Holding a valid ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Certificate.

Bidding Details:

• The bidding will be conducted under Single Stage – Two Envelope (SS-SE) procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b).

• Interested firms must provide complete information and documents as required in the bidding documents.

• Bidding documents can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 (Pak Rupees Five Thousand only) in the form of a CDR made out to the Treasurer, National Skills University Islamabad (FTN 9011011-7).

• All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 2% of the bid value, in the form of a CDR in favor of the Treasurer, NSU Islamabad.

Submission and Opening:

• Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, either by hand or through registered mail/courier, to the address mentioned below.

• The deadline for bid submission is May 18, 2025, by 11:00 AM.

• Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.

• Bids received after the deadline will not be entertained.

• No bidding documents will be sold by post or on the opening day.

Important Notes:

• NSU Islamabad reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or cancel the tendering process in accordance with PPRA rules.

• This tender notice is also available on the official platforms of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and the University.
