Sealed tenders are invited from financially stable and experienced parties for operating the college canteen for a period of one year, to cater to the nutritional needs of female students.

Interested parties must submit their tender documents, addressed to the Principal, by May 17, 2025, at 10:30 AM. Submissions should be sent only via post or courier service; hand-delivered tenders will not be accepted.

Tender forms can be obtained from the Clerical Office during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000.

Each tender submission must include:

• A bank draft or pay order as earnest money,

• Documents proving prior relevant experience,

• Copies of valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of applicants or their representatives on May 19, 2025, at 10:30 AM.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• They must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments,

• They must have a sound financial and social reputation,

• They must not be affiliated with any sectarian or political groups.

Please note:

• The contract will be awarded for one year.

• The full contract amount must be paid in a lump sum.

• The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders or cancel the contract at any stage without providing any reason.
