Note:
For Single Stage – Two Envelope procedures, only technically qualified bidders will be notified of the date and time of the commercial bid opening.

Eligibility Requirements

Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and active taxpayers (for both Income and Sales Tax).
For Tender No. 18-19120-AM, a valid PEC Category C6 or above is mandatory.
Bidders must upload a signed and stamped request letter on company letterhead via the SAP Ariba Portal to obtain tender documents.
The request must be titled: “Tender Document Collection Request – [Tender Number]” and include scanned copies of the following:
- Valid NTN, GST, and PST certificates
- CNIC of the owner/authorized representative
- Proof of payment of the tender fee (PKR 2,000 per tender) deposited in the following bank account:
