The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites sealed bids from qualified, experienced, and reputable organizations for acquiring the Domestic Series Partnership Rights for the upcoming Domestic Cricket Season (November 2025 – June 2026).

Bidding Details

• Bidding Documents:
  Interested parties may obtain a complete set of bidding documents free of cost by contacting the undersigned via email during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST) on or before 20th November 2025.

• Submission of Bids:
  Sealed Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the bid documents at the Pakistan Cricket Board, Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, no later than 2:00 p.m. on 21st November 2025.

• Opening of Bids:
  The Technical and Financial Proposals will be opened at 2:30 p.m. (PST) on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.

• Evaluation Process:
  Only the Financial Proposals of bidders who meet the technical qualification criteria will be considered for further evaluation.

PCB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, postpone, or cancel the bidding process at any stage and to reject any or all bids or proposals without assigning any reason.
