PAKISTAN NAVY – PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE

The Pakistan Navy announces a public auction for the sale of used vehicles, machinery, and various scrap materials. All items are available for inspection at designated Navy sites before the auction date. Interested individuals or companies are encouraged to carefully examine the items during the inspection period. Once the auction is completed, no objections or complaints will be entertained.

Items Available for Auction

The auction will include, but is not limited to:

• Vehicles:
  Toyota Land Cruiser Jeep (1993), Toyota Corolla (1996), multiple Suzuki Potohar Jeeps (1991–2002), Suzuki Bolan Vans (1996–2002), Suzuki Pickup Ravi (1999), Mitsubishi Pickup (1996), Mercedes Sprinter Van (2006), Mercedes Ambulance (2000 & 2005), Hyundai Shahzor Pickup (2003), Hino Water Bowser (2008), Electric Bucket Van (2006), and several Suzuki and Honda Motorcycles (125cc–500cc, models 2001–2004).

• Machinery and Equipment:
  Office machinery, batteries, generators, air conditioners, stabilizers, refrigerators, deep freezers, water coolers, revolving chairs, and other miscellaneous equipment.

• Scrap Materials:
  Used oil (without drums), metal scraps, tires, filters, wires, wooden and steel furniture, packing materials (bags, tins, cartons), and other non-functional electrical and mechanical parts.

Terms and Conditions

1. Inspection:
   Interested bidders may visit and inspect the lots at the above locations on November 11–12, 2025, between 09:00 AM and 02:00 PM.

2. Auction Day:
   The auction will begin at 11:00 AM on November 19, 2025, and no participant will be entertained after the start time.

3. Eligibility:
   Used oil and certain materials will only be sold to parties possessing a valid Government of Pakistan (Ministry of Petroleum) recycling or refining license. Relevant documents must be verified by the concerned officer before participation.

4. Payment:

   • Successful bidders must immediately deposit 25% of the bid amount in cash along with a copy of their CNIC.

   • The remaining 75% must be paid within five (05) working days through a government bank.

   • All applicable government taxes (GST, Income Tax, etc.) will apply.

5. Collection of Items:
   Purchased lots must be removed within six (06) working days of payment. Delay will result in penalties as per government auction rules.

6. Finality of Sale:
   All sales are on an “as-is, where-is” basis. No claims regarding quality, condition, or loss after the auction will be accepted.

7. Special Instructions:

   • Vehicle buyers must ensure removal of Navy registration numbers before delivery.

   • Purchased vehicles must not be painted or displayed in military colors or markings.

   • The Pakistan Navy will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or discrepancy after the handover.

The auction will be conducted under the supervision of an authorized Government Auctioneer, and all standard rules and regulations of the Government of Pakistan will apply.
