Construction of Officer Hostel-Cum-Rest House at 220KV Grid Station, Ghazi Road, Lahore

The National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC), formerly known as NTDC, invites sealed bids from eligible and reputable firms for the Construction of an Officer Hostel-Cum-Rest House at the 220KV Grid Station, Ghazi Road, Lahore. Bidding will be carried out under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure, in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004.

1. Availability of Bidding Documents

Interested bidders may obtain detailed bidding documents containing the full scope of work, terms, and conditions from the following address during office hours:

2. Document Purchase & Submission

• A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by submitting a written application along with a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand only).

• Payment should be made via Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Banker’s/Cashier’s Cheque from any scheduled bank in Pakistan, in favor of Chief Engineer (MP&M), NTDC.

• Bidders must also provide proof of registration with the e-PADS system.

• Documents may be collected in person or sent through a courier service upon payment of an additional Rs. 2,000 for delivery. NGC will not be responsible for loss or late delivery.

• Bidding documents are also available for free download from NGC’s official website; however, purchase of the documents is mandatory to participate in the bidding process.

3. Bid Submission and Opening

• Bids must be prepared according to the instructions in the bidding documents and submitted to the address above no later than 25th November 2025 at 11:00 AM (PST).

• Technical Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM (PST) in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.

• This tender notice is also published on PPRA and NGC websites.

4. Rights of the Employer

NGC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any stage in accordance with Clause 33(1) of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
