The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites electronic bids from eligible firms/contractors under PPRA Rules, 2004. The bidding will follow the single-stage, single-envelope procedure. Interested firms must hold valid PEC registration, along with FBR Active Taxpayer and Professional Tax Certificate.

1. Submission of Bids:

   • Bids must be submitted electronically via PPRA’s e-bidding system before the closing date and time.

   • Bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft (from any scheduled bank) drawn in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority must also be provided in a sealed envelope.

   • A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the online submission.

2. Closing & Opening Dates:

   • Closing Date & Time: 7th October 2025, before 11:00 AM

   • Opening Date & Time: 7th October 2025, at 11:30 AM

3. Bid Compliance:

   • Conditional or non-compliant bids will not be entertained and are liable to rejection.

4. Eligibility:

   • Relevant PEC category and experience requirements are specified in the bidding documents.

5. Authority’s Rights:

   • PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders, with reasons communicated to bidders upon request.

6. Important Warning:

   • If any Pay Order, Bank Draft, or financial instrument submitted as Tender Fee, Earnest Money, Bid Security, or Bank Guarantee is found to be fake or dishonored, strict legal action will be taken as per law, including blacklisting of the contractor.
