Business Opportunity at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites tenders from eligible and registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure (Technical and Financial Proposals). The opportunity is for the award of the following concession at Allama Iqbal International Airport (AIIAP), Lahore:

Concession Title:
Maintenance of Main Shed and Branding/Advertisement Rights on designated areas.

Key Details:

• Reserve Price: PKR 3,000,000/- (Thirty Lakh Rupees) per month

• License Period: Five (05) years, or until the finalization of outsourcing of AIIAP, or until expansion of the premises affects the concession, whichever comes earlier.

• Tender Fee (Non-Refundable): PKR 5,000/- (Five Thousand Rupees)

• Availability of Tender Documents: Up to 6th October 2025 (0900 to 1700 hours on working days) from the office of the Sr. Deputy Director Commercial, PAA, AIIAP, Lahore.

• Submission Deadline: 7th October 2025 at 1100 hours, at the C.O.O./APM Office, AIIAP, Lahore.

• Opening of Tenders: 7th October 2025 at 1100 hours, at the same venue.
