Terms & Conditions

• Tender documents containing detailed specifications, terms, and conditions may be obtained from the office of the undersigned (Monday to Friday) upon written request and payment of a tender fee of Rs. 1,000/- per item (non-refundable) in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of Tender Fee Fund.

• No tender documents will be sold on the day of opening.

• Quotations must be accompanied by 2% Earnest Money and submitted to the Director (Procurement) by 10:00 AM, one day prior to opening. Public opening will be held at 10:30 AM on the respective due date.

• The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any stage before acceptance.
