This is to inform the general public that the Municipal Corporation Sargodha will be conducting a public auction of the following contracts on May 19, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Jinnah Hall, Mini Bagh, Sargodha.

Auction Participation Requirements

• To participate, each bidder must submit a non-refundable advance payment (Earnest Money) as mentioned against each contract, in cash or through Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favor of the Administrator, Municipal Corporation Sargodha.

• The deposit will be immediately returned to unsuccessful bidders after the auction.

• For successful bidders, the deposit will be adjusted in the final contract amount and deposited in the official account of the Municipal Corporation.

Key Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: Only contractors registered with any District Government are eligible to participate.

2. Registration Renewal: Successful bidders must renew their registration for the year 2025–2026 and submit a certified copy for office records.

3. Document Submission: Each participant must submit a copy of their CNIC, original registration certificate, and a certified copy of the tender license.

4. Ineligibility: Individuals who are:

   • Defaulters of the Municipal Corporation Sargodha or any other local government,

   • Blacklisted by any government department,

   • Declared bankrupt or legally ineligible for contracting,
     will not be allowed to participate.

5. Guarantor Requirement: The successful bidder must provide a guarantor before assuming contract responsibilities, as per the Auction Rights and Principles Rules 2016.

6. No Compensation for Losses: The Municipal Corporation will not entertain any claims for losses due to natural disasters, strikes, floods, or similar circumstances.

7. Refund of Security: The security deposit of the contractor will only be returned after successful completion of the contract and clearance of dues.

8. Backdated Liability: Contractors will be liable to clear any outstanding dues from the effective date of the contract, even if awarded later.

9. Additional Dues: Apart from the auctioned amount, contractors must pay all relevant taxes, duties, and charges.

10. Increased Recovery Rates: If the Municipal Corporation revises recovery rates during the contract period to improve revenue, the contractor will be liable to pay the increased amount proportionally.
