The Project Director for Immediate Track Safety Works (ROH-TDM & KPR-ROH), Pakistan Railways, Sukkur, invites electronic bids from eligible original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and have valid PEC registration in the relevant category (C-4, C-6 or above) with specialization in CE-10.

All works will be awarded on a Single Stage, Single Envelope Basis in line with PPRA Rules. The funding source is the PSDP under the Immediate Track Safety Works (ITSW) project.

Important Information

• Bidding Documents:
  Complete bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available online for registered bidders on EPADS (Pakistan Railways E-Procurement Portal).

• Bid Submission:
  Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 11:00 AM on 23rd July 2025.

  • Manual bids will not be accepted.

  • Original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must be submitted at the Divisional Accounts Office, Sukkur (Committee Room) before the deadline.

  • For works listed at Sr. No. 1–3, the CDR should be in favour of FASCAO, PR Headquarters Office, Lahore. For Sr. No. 4 and onwards, the CDR should be in favour of DAO/SUK.

• Bid Opening:
  Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.

• Grievance Redressal Committee:
  The notification of the GRC, constituted under Rule-48 of PPRA Rules 2004, is available on EPADS.
