The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) invites sealed bids from reputable and recognized Certification Bodies/Agencies for the Engagement of a QMS ISO 9001:2015 Certification Body to implement and maintain the Quality Management System standard for PCAA.

Scope of Work

• Title: Engagement of QMS ISO 9001:2015 Certification Body for PCAA

• Contract Period: Three (03) years, extendable by up to another three years on an annual basis, based on satisfactory performance.

• Last Date & Time for Submission of Bids:
  On or before 24th July 2025, by 11:00 AM

• Opening of Technical Bids:
  24th July 2025, at 11:30 AM

How to Participate

1. Tender Documents:
   The complete tender notice, detailed scope of work, terms and conditions, and related requirements can be downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), as well as the official PCAA and PPRA websites.

2. Bid Submission:

   • Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the PPRA EPADS Portal along with a Fixed Bid Security of PKR 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupees Only).

   • The Bid Security must be in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Guarantee (a scanned copy must be uploaded).

   • The original Bid Security must be submitted physically in a sealed envelope to the address given below before the submission deadline, otherwise, the bid will not be accepted.

3. Opening of Bids:

   • All bids will be opened through the EPADS system in the presence of the PCAA Procurement Committee and any bidder representatives who wish to attend.

   • If the opening date falls on a public holiday, it will be held on the next working day.

4. Rights Reserved:
   PCAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules.
