Project Title: Scanning and Digitization of Judicial Files

The Supreme Court of Pakistan, Islamabad, is inviting sealed bids from qualified and reputable firms across Pakistan for the scanning and digitization of judicial case files. This important initiative aims to preserve and streamline access to judicial records at the Principal Seat in Islamabad as well as at the branch registries in Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta.

Who Can Apply

Bids are open to established vendors or companies that:

• Are registered with both Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.

• Appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) maintained by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Project Scope

The successful bidder will be responsible for:

• Scanning/digitizing judicial case files of pending cases.

• Managing this process at five key locations:

  • Principal Seat, Islamabad

  • Branch Registry, Lahore

  • Branch Registry, Karachi

  • Branch Registry, Peshawar

  • Branch Registry, Quetta
