PAF Base Mushaf invites sealed quotations from reputable firms for the local repair and inspection of an AD Generator. The scope of work includes:

• Replacement of Water Body

• Replacement of Cylinder Head

• Replacement of Crank Shaft, Cam Shaft, Oil Cooler, Valve Seat

• Installation of Ring Piston/Sleeve

• Replacement of Radiator Assembly
  (All replacement parts must be genuine Caterpillar company parts.)

Important Notes

1. Prices should clearly mention whether they are inclusive or exclusive of GST.

2. Detailed specifications and any clarifications can be obtained from Logistics Squadron Mushaf (Sargodha) by contacting 048-555-2278.

3. Quotations must be submitted in two parts:

   • Technical Quote

   • Commercial Quote
     Both should be packed separately in sealed envelopes, clearly marked ‘Technical’ and ‘Commercial’, and then placed inside a third outer envelope.

   • The outer envelope should be addressed to Officer In-Charge Logistics, PAF Base Mushaf.

   • Each individual quote inside should be addressed to Officer Commanding, PAF Base Mushaf.

4. Delivery of items is required at Sargodha.

5. The quantity of items may be increased or decreased as per requirement.

6. The last date for submission of tenders is 22nd July 2025 at 10:30 AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM.
