This is to inform the general public that the Municipal Committee Toba Tek Singh intends to auction the collection rights for its listed revenue sources for the upcoming financial year 2025–2028 through an open public auction.

Auction Details:

• Date: July 14, 2025

• Time: 1:00 PM

• Venue: Jannat Hall, Office of the Union Committee, Toba Tek Singh

Interested bidders are required to deposit a call deposit (security deposit) in the form of a pay order issued by a scheduled bank under the name of the bidder. This deposit must be submitted along with the bid documents inside a sealed envelope. The deposit will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the auction.

The competent authority reserves the right to reject any bid or to disqualify any bidder without assigning any reason.

Important Terms & Conditions

1. The contract period for all listed revenue sources will be from July 1, 2025 to August 30, 2028.

2. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the bidding process:

   • Any person holding office in the Municipal Committee Toba Tek Singh.

   • Any individual or entity that has been blacklisted by any local government or other relevant department.

   • Any individual who has been declared bankrupt.

   • Any person who, under the law, is not qualified to enter into a contract.

   • Any individual or party who has not completed their registration with the Municipal Committee.

3. The successful contractor will be bound to pay the agreed installments by the 5th of each month. Failure to pay installments on time will lead to legal action as per rules.

4. Only those parties whose call deposit is submitted from their own account in their name and the name of the Union Committee will be eligible. Any open deposit will not be accepted.

5. Additional details, terms, and conditions can be obtained during office hours from the office of the Municipal Officer (Finance). The administration reserves the right to amend any condition on site according to circumstances if required.
