The Children’s Hospital, University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore invites interested individuals, firms, or companies — registered with the relevant authorities — to participate in the auction of its Canteen, Cafeteria, and Tuck Shops for a period of one year through the official E-Auction Portal. The details are as follows:

Auction Documents:
The detailed auction terms and conditions can be viewed and downloaded from the E-Auction Portal and the official websites of The Children’s Hospital and SHC&ME Department immediately after this notice is published. -
Registration Process:
Interested parties must register through the E-Auction Portal according to the eligibility criteria mentioned in the auction documents. Hard copy submissions are not required.
Please ensure you register before the deadline. The hospital will not be responsible for any delays due to technical errors or internet issues. Corrupted or unreadable files will be rejected. -
Evaluation:
All applications will be scrutinized by the Auction Committee. Results of this evaluation will be uploaded on the E-Auction Portal. Only those declared eligible will be allowed to participate in the online auction at the specified date and time. -
Earnest Money:
Successful registrants must submit earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price. This must be deposited as a Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO) or Banker’s Cheque (issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan) in the name of the Medical Director, The Children’s Hospital, UCHS, Lahore.-
The original must be submitted physically within 10 days of the announcement of the evaluation result.

A soft copy must also be uploaded on the E-Auction Portal.
Failure to submit this on time will make the applicant ineligible for the e-auction.

Public Holidays:
If any deadline (registration, grievances, earnest money submission, auction day, etc.) falls on a public holiday or a non-working day, the next working day will be considered the closing date. -
Policy:
This auction will be conducted under the ‘Auction Policy 2025’ issued by the SHC&ME Department.
