Bahawalpur Waste Management Company (BWMC) invites reputable and eligible bidders to participate in the tender for the Procurement of Rickshaw Loaders as per the requirements outlined in the official Bidding Documents. The bidding will take place online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Please note that joint ventures or consortiums are not permitted for this tender.

This tender will follow the National Competitive Bidding process under Rule 38(2)(a) of PPR-2014, using the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure with the Least Cost method.

Bidding Documents can be viewed and downloaded free of cost from the PPRA Punjab and EPADS websites immediately after the publication of this notice.

Item Details

BWMC requires the following equipment:

• Rickshaw Loaders (Qty: 15)

  • Minimum Capacity: 1200 kg (for MSW)

  • Estimated Total Cost: Rs. 12,000,000

  • Bid Security: 3% of the estimated cost (Rs. 360,000)

• Pre-Bid Meeting: December 01, 2025 at 11:00 AM
  Venue: BWMC Office (address below)

• Bid Submission Deadline:
  Submit online via EPADS on or before December 08, 2025 at 11:00 AM

• Technical Bid Opening:
  December 08, 2025 at 11:30 AM (online through EPADS)

Bidders are responsible for ensuring successful submission of their bids through the EPADS portal. Response time will be calculated from the date this notice appears on EPADS.

Bid Security Submission

The original bid security (hard copy) must be delivered to BWMC’s office on or before December 08, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
