The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) invites sealed bids under the Single-Stage, One-Envelope Procedure through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) for the supply and delivery of Stationery and Miscellaneous Items under a Framework Agreement. Authorized dealers, importers, suppliers, and general order suppliers are encouraged to participate in accordance with public procurement rules.

Key Terms and Conditions

1. Bid Submission:
   All bids must be submitted electronically in PDF format through EPADS on or before 11:30 AM, December 29, 2025.
   Manual or hard-copy submissions will not be accepted.

2. Bid Opening:
   Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend the opening at the address provided below.

3. Bid Documents:
   Complete specifications, terms, conditions, and all relevant details are provided in the E-Bid Solicitation Documents, available on the EPADS portal.

4. Application for Complete LOT:
   Bidders must quote for all items included in the LOT listed in the Bid Solicitation Documents.
   Partial quotations for individual items will not be considered.

5. Right to Reject:
   KPRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any stage in accordance with applicable KPPRA rules.

6. Pre-Bid Meeting:
   A pre-bid meeting will be held on December 18, 2025 at 02:00 PM at KPRA Headquarters, Near Railways Track, Phase-3 Chowk, Hayatabad, Peshawar, where interested bidders may seek clarification on the Bid Solicitation Documents.

7. Bid Security:
   Each bid must include a bid security of Rs. 100,000/-, submitted in the form of an original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank, in favor of the Director General, KPRA.

Note: Only bidders registered on EPADS are eligible to participate. Interested participants must ensure their registration on the portal prior to submitting bids.
