The Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN) invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) from eligible and reputable bidders for the supply and installation of various items required for the fiscal year 2025–26, under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2019).

Tender Document & Fee

Interested bidders may submit a written application along with a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000, which must be deposited in the designated Sindh Bank account of SICHN.
The deposit slip must be submitted at:

First Floor, Plot No. 354 & 356 JM
Near People’s Secretariat Chowrangi,
Jamshed Quarters, Karachi

Documents may be obtained between 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., except Sundays and public holidays, from the date of publication until 26-12-2025 (10:00 a.m.).

A complete set of bidding documents, including terms and conditions, may also be viewed or downloaded through the official EPADS portal.

Submission of Bids

• Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS, strictly following the instructions provided in the bidding documents.

• Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated value, in the form of a Bank Draft, Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee in the name of SICHN.

• The deadline for submission of bids is 26-12-2025 at 10:30 a.m.

• All bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 a.m. at the address mentioned above.

The Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept, reject, or postpone any or all bids as per SPPRA Rules.

• If the Government declares a public holiday on the scheduled date, the tender will be submitted and opened on the next working day.

• All prices must include applicable Government taxes such as Professional Tax, GST, and Income Tax where relevant.
