Punjab Agriculture & Meat Company (PAMCO), a non-profit organization established under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984, invites online tenders from eligible and experienced suppliers for the supply of miscellaneous mechanical, paint, and civil items under a framework contract.

PAMCO operates a state-of-the-art abattoir in Lahore, dedicated to providing Halal, healthy, and hygienic meat for local consumption as well as for export. To support its operational and maintenance requirements, PAMCO seeks reliable vendors through a transparent procurement process in accordance with PPRA Rules.

The tender shall be processed under Single Stage – Single Envelope bidding procedure as prescribed in PPRA Rules 2014. Interested bidders are required to submit their bids online only through EPADS after the publication of this tender.

The last date and time for submission of bids is 22nd December, 2025 at 4:30 PM. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 5:00 PM.

The framework contract will be valid for a period of three (03) months. Bids received after the stipulated date and time will not be considered.

Bidders must submit valid documentary evidence of NTN and STRN registration, along with all other documents required under the tender documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 40,000/-, in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft in favor of Punjab Agriculture & Meat Company. The estimated total cost of the procurement is Rs. 2,000,000/-.

The financial bid shall be deemed inclusive of all applicable taxes. PAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any stage prior to the acceptance of the bid, in accordance with Rule 35 of PPRA Rules, 2014.
