The Punjab Government Servant Housing Foundation (PGSHF) invites sealed bids from well-reputed, experienced, and legally compliant private housing schemes and developers. The purpose of this tender is the purchase of fully or partially developed plots in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
Eligible bidders must be properly registered with the relevant regulatory authorities and possess a proven track record in housing development. The bidding process shall be conducted through the PPRA e-Tendering System.
Bidding documents may be obtained from the PPRA and the Procuring Agency’s official websites. Each bid must be accompanied by a document fee of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable), to be deposited through a 32-A challan clearly mentioning “Submission of Document Fee” for this tender. Physical submission of the tender fee is not allowed.
Bids must also include a bid security of Rs. 100,000/- per district, per bid, in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of PGSHF Punjab.
The last date and time for submission of bids is 29th December, 2025 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be delivered to the office of the Director Estate & Land, PGSHF, Lahore within the stipulated time. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at the same venue, in the presence of the duly notified Procurement Committee of PGSHF and the bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
The response time for this tender shall be calculated from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website. Bids received after the prescribed deadline will not be entertained under any circumstances, in line with the provisions of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
